Seeking a new way of working, the new regional headquarters and design studio for this North American land developer and homebuilder supports connections—both among its staff and with the community around it. The highly efficient, open and collaborative space enhances interaction, supports technology and provides flexibility. This urban loft provides all office fronts with natural light. A stairway with adjacent stadium seating offers a meeting and gathering place that is constantly active. The company’s CEO declared the new space a success in changing how the company does business. - Gensler
