Amenity Center Pasadena

justin tyner

The Amenity Center in Pasadena, developed through a collaborative effort between GC Esplanade Builders and Ware Malcomb Architects. This partnership has brought together expertise in construction and innovative design, resulting in a facility that not only meets the needs of the community but also enhances the aesthetic appeal of the surrounding area.

Project Highlights:

Arched Storefront Headers: One of the standout features of the Amenity Center is the incorporation of arched storefront headers. This design element is not merely a stylistic choice; it serves to create a welcoming atmosphere, inviting visitors to engage with the space. The arches add a sense of timelessness and sophistication, drawing inspiration from classical architectural styles while seamlessly blending with contemporary design principles. These headers not only enhance the visual appeal of the building but also provide structural benefits, ensuring durability and longevity.

Raised Ceilings: Another significant aspect of the Amenity Center is its raised ceilings, which play a crucial role in transforming the interior environment. By elevating the ceiling height, the design fosters an atmosphere of openness and grandeur, making the space feel more expansive and airy. This feature is particularly beneficial in communal areas, where it encourages social interaction and collaboration among visitors. The raised ceilings also allow for the incorporation of large windows and skylights, inviting natural light to flood the interior, further enhancing the overall ambiance and energy efficiency of the building.
